How I Finally Got Off the 'Dieting Roller-Coaster'

Have you ever wondered why everything we have ever wanted is sitting on the other side of fear?

Remember being a child and looking under your bed and in your closet for the boogeyman and monsters? Or maybe you were frozen with fear the first time you were faced with jumping into the deep end of the pool, or even that first day of class. The beauty is that none of these things killed you, but oh boy, they felt like they would at the time.

I can tell you that fear is not real and if it doesn't serve you - you can push it aside.

Unfortunately I notice that us women over 40 are held back too often from getting back into shape and improving our health because of a fear of having to give up whats comfortable and I hate to say, but due to a severe lack of belief in ourselves!

“We can’t be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don’t have something better.”    - C. JoyBell C.

Click on the image below and watch the video to help dispell your fears that becoming lean, healthy and having a reserve of energy is all down to starving and extreme exercise - you don't have to believe that lie any more:

When it comes to staying lean, healthy and restoring your lost energy, I truly believe that this fear gets in the way of reaching your true potential and discovering your power.  This fear stops our ability to speed up our metabolism to its full capacity - increasing our youthful energy.

There have been so many 'gurus' and fad diets over the years that we've all heard about and even tried - I remember all the things my mum used to try when I was kid - so that was a long time ago! It's not new for mainstream magazines and media to fan the flames of misinformation - but this leaves a lasting, wrong impression.

For years it harmed me by keeping me exactly where I was, the fear that I would have to drastically change my lifestyle and eating habits to be healthy.  I was kidding myself thinking I was ok to stay as I was  - but it did my body and self-esteem no favors!
I was unhappy and depressed and I didn't like who I was. I had no idea of the connection between the short term fad diets I was trying and my brain, hormones and emotions.
I only ended up feeling tired and sluggish all the time, experienced constant bloating and indigestion, and saw myself aging faster than ever!

It has taken me years to finally discover the key to getting to and maintaining a healthy size and weight, and now that I have, it's been life-changing.

Luckily I can save people a lot of time and misdirected energy by avoiding the same mistakes I made for too many years!

I heard about 42 year old mother of 3, Chrissie Mitchell, who stumbled onto a diet that doesn't require giving up your favorite and most delicious foods!

Doctors all around the world have been shocked because this technique goes against all traditional weight loss ideas such as extreme regular work-outs, diets that starve and dangerous diet pills and supplements.

Chrissie Mitchell reveals that gut health is actually more important to weight loss than counting calories... Who knew?!

It was something very simple and completely natural, which goes against almost everything I’d heard before…

Chrissie Mitchell has put all her discoveries together into one easy to follow program; a systematic blueprint that allows you to still eat all your favorite foods and doesn't involve the full-on exercises that I simply wasn't able or willing to do - she gives the exact method for fixing the hidden cause of stomach fat and health issues.

It’s called The Favorite Foods Diet, and she’s recently released a short video where she explains more about it - far more concisely than I ever could!

It's a real 'lightbulb moment' when she describes how it all works - I remember the rush of excitement I felt when I first realized where I'd been going wrong, and how simple it was to finally fix it.

My energy, self-confidence and overall happiness are through the roof. I feel like I can enjoy life again, and I have the boundless energy to do it.
I am not going to lie, I actually cried when I got up enough courage to try on a bathing suit, looked back in the mirror and actually liked what I saw!

You don't need to fear this system, I gained a better life eating my favorite foods. I truly believe it can do the same for you.

✅   Imagine being able to wake up every morning and truly be happy looking at yourself in the mirror fitting into those jeans you had in your 'skinny pile'.

✅   Imagine having enough energy and focus for the entire day,  without reaching for a coffee or constantly losing energy and clarity.
✅   Imagine being able to move around without feeling any sort of pain or chronic tiredness.
✅   Imagine dramatically reversing the aging process and feeling a sudden youthful  surge with a bonus of healthy skin and shiny hair.

This is exactly what happened to me, and I'm so grateful that my friend told me about Chrissie Mitchells Favorite Food Diet because it transformed and changed my life forever.

I'm so keen for others to feel the same as me - that's why I strongly suggest as many women as possible watch her video where she explains how her system works - that way you can see if it sounds as amazing to you as it did to me.
